Booking terms & policies

By booking with Skyline Medical Society PTY LTD (ABN 58 670 966 426), you agree that all services are provided by AHPRA-registered Dental prosthetists. Treatment recommendations are made in the best interest of the patient. Pricing is transparent and confirmed prior to any clinical work commencing. DVA, NDIS, private health and government vouchers are accepted — gap fees may apply depending on your fund. Skyline Medical Society reserves the right to reschedule appointments where necessary.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For aged care facility bookings (Oral Prosthetics Days and Education Days), please provide 72 hours notice where possible, as these sessions are scheduled around multiple residents. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a rebooking fee of $50. To reschedule, call 0456 488 999 or email [email protected].
